How we report results

What we measure for every client

Each client gets monthly reporting so results are measured, not guessed.

Collections

Payments collected by month, payer and provider.

Days in A/R

How long claims take to get paid, and what is aging.

Denial rate

Denials by reason code and payer, and what was recovered.

Clean claim rate

Share of claims accepted on first submission.

Results vary by practice, specialty, payer mix, claim volume, billing history, documentation and other factors. Performance figures represent average or selected client results and are not guarantees of future performance. The 95% figure is a clean-claim target, not a measured cohort. The client-results page does not include a measurement period, starting collections, or practice size.
