Switching medical billing companies? You don’t need to start over.
Changing billing companies is mostly a planning job. We map your A/R, enrollments, payments and workflows first, then move new claims over on an agreed date.
Already a client
Call (737) 600-8899 or (616) 797-9171, or email info@sfasolutions.net, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. For a same-day payer deadline, call instead of waiting on the form. Do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, or claim numbers in this form or in email. After a signed BAA, the work is done inside your practice EHR or practice-management system. This public website is not a client login. Monthly reports are reviewed with the practice. Sample layouts are on the sample reports page, and the dashboard example is fictional. If you cannot get into your EHR, call and the team will say which login your practice uses. Fahad Balakh, Director of A/R, leads accounts-receivable work. Muhammad Ans Zahid, Director of Operations, Business Development, and Credentialing, leads credentialing. There is no separate upload portal on this site.
Month to month, 60 days’ notice to cancel. No EHR migration.

Ten steps from first call to steady state
Initial assessment
We learn your specialty, providers, payers, systems and why you are considering a change.
Data review
We look at summary reports: collections trend, A/R aging, denial and payer mix. No patient data before a BAA.
A/R review
We agree who works the old A/R. Often your current company finishes its run-out while we take new claims.
Credentialing review
We confirm every provider is enrolled with each payer, CAQH is current and revalidations are not overdue.
EHR configuration
Your practice creates user accounts for our team. We review fee schedules, charge codes and claim settings.
Payer setup
ERA and EFT enrollment, clearinghouse enrollment and payer portal access are updated so payments keep flowing.
Workflow mapping
We agree who does what: charge entry timing, eligibility checks, patient statements and how questions reach providers.
Staff communication
Your staff get one contact, your named account manager, and a simple list of what changes for them.
Transition
New claims start on an agreed date. We track the handoff so nothing falls between the two vendors.
Monitoring
Weekly check-ins in the first months, then monthly reporting on collections, A/R, denials and clean claim rate.

Switching questions
What happens if I already have a billing company?
You keep working with them until the transition date in your notice. We plan the handoff with you, including who works the existing A/R, so claims keep moving.
Will we lose revenue during the switch?
A switch carries risk if it is not planned. We map the A/R run-out, payer enrollments and ERA routing before the start date to keep payments flowing.
Do we need to change our EHR?
No. We work inside the system you already use.
What contract do we sign with SFA?
Service is month to month with 60 days’ written notice to cancel, so you are not locked in.
